Our 3 500 squ.m. production site near Nantes has a production capacity of 500 000 laser cartridges and 4 billions inkjet cartridges (800 000 remanufactured and 3 200 000 compatibles).

Know-how and manufacturing process.

Each empty inkjet cartridges is selected with meticulous care. After cleaning and complet check, the cartridge is filled vacuum d' air then controlled by weighing.

Each remanufactured laser cartridges  is entirely dismantled by a specialized technician. He starts with a disassembling and a complete cleaning, then he carries out the functional part's changes. Once filled, the cartridge is assembled.

Unit controls and traceability.

Once the process of manufacturing is completed, inkjet cartridges are checked individually to control the printing quality standard. The validated cartridge is then identified and ready for conditioning.

For laser cartridges, several successive controls - mechanics, contacts, impression - allow us to validate the quality of the remanufactured cartridge. Once its conformity is validated, the cartridge is packed in a bag protecting it from the light and moisture.
