In collecting and recycling cartridges, MBP and Praxis (which is MBP's collect department) take part in the reduction of waste and the preservation of the nonrenewable natural resources
| The cartridge's remanufacturing: an ecological solution. Cartridges are rarely recycled whereas the majority of their components are still in perfect state. Bearing in mind our environmental stakes related to the reduction of waste and to will to limitate energy waste, MBP and Praxis Environnement have been commttted for more than 20 years in the remanufacturing and the recycling of cartridges. ISO 14001 norm version 2004.  The MBP environmental management system is ISO-certified 14001, 2004 version, what assures that products and services which MBP conceives, makes and launches on the market do not threaten, directly or indirectly, the environment.A treatment respectful of the environnement.900 000 cartridges are remanufactured on our site which is ICPE classified. The cartridges which are not reusable are dismantled, treated by dies specialized in the valorization. MBP is ISO 14 001 certified. DID YOU KNOW?
A remanufactured laser cartridge, is in average equivalent to 1,5 kg of saved raw materials. A remanufactured inkjet cartridge is equivalent to 50 to 100 g of saved raw materials. 75 million printer's cartridges are used in France per year. More than 80% of them are not recycled.
